Backed by more than two decades of industry experience, specifically in providing mechanical services for large, dispersed facility portfolios, Drew aligns client needs and requirements with the innovative solutions that USM provides. He continually works to maintain and develop networks between the client organization, and the USM team, and also helps to drive market share by helping to expand accounts and further build relationships. Drew is skilled in customizing dynamic solutions that enable clients to successfully confront their facilities' vital issues, and anticipate the ongoing challenges of maintaining large portfolios.

Expertise

Prior to joining USM, Drew held various positions that have properly prepared him for his current role as VP, Account Management. In 2003, he spent 3 years with the National Accounts team at Carrier Corporation where he exceeded customer requirements for all of Carrier's national account service customers. Drew was also responsible for service sales, preventive maintenance planning, contract negotiation, operational execution, and customer integration. Drew had the opportunity to work with one of EMCOR's Mechanical Services companies in 2006, EMCOR Services Aircond. At Aircond, he was the Director of Business Services and was responsible for dispatch, billing, and contract administration for all of Aircond’s service customers. In 2008, Drew was the Director of Business Development at Lennox National Account Services. He was accountable for sales growth, pricing, IT, dispatch, operations, acquisitions, and customer management. Drew's extensive experience with managing client relationships and operational execution has provided a great foundation for his career at USM.

In 1991, Drew graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Drew served our country as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1991 through 2000. He served as a Flight Officer in the EA-6B “Prowler” accumulating over 200 Combat hours over Serbia. He is an active member in various credible industry associations including PRSM (Professional Retail Store Maintenance) and SPECS (Store Planning, Equipment, Construction and Facilities Services Seminars).

The Personal Side

Drew enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and spends his time outside of work building remote controlled vehicles and coaching soccer.
