USM Welcomes Steve Oujiri

Norristown, PA —USM, a national leader in facilities management and maintenance, has recently employed Steve Oujiri for the position of Key Account Manager.  Steve joined USM in early July and brings his retail and restaurant experience to USM’s Account Management team. Steve has spent the last nine years with Best Buy’s Retail Facilities Team, first as a Retail Facilities Manager in the field and for the past three years as the Facilities Manager for Assets and Contracts.

While leading Best Buy’s Asset Management program Steve oversaw capital projects such as HVAC unit replacement, roof replacement, and lighting retrofits among others. Steve’s responsibilities also included contracted programs such as floor care, exterior maintenance, HVAC preventative maintenance and repair, and disaster recovery. Prior to his employment at Best Buy, Steve was with Darden Restaurant’s Red Lobster concept in a variety of positions at the store operations level.
