USM Announces New Executive Leadership
Appoints Bill Coulombe as President

Norristown, PA -- Today USM, a leader in managed facility maintenance solutions, announced the appointment of Bill Coulombe as their new President.
In addition to two Bachelor Degrees from the University of Connecticut and a MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Coulombe has more than 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles in business-to-business service companies providing retail customers with innovative facilities and energy solutions.
“Bill’s experience in complex facility management systems makes him the perfect leader to take USM to the next level,” said Larry Ames, Chief Executive Officer at Transfield Services Americas.
His experience includes key senior roles in companies such as Siemens Building Technologies, Honeywell Incorporated, and Exxon, where he started his career as a Senior Engineer. Most recently, Mr. Coulombe was President at Emerson Climate Technologies Retail Solutions, providing facilities management systems to supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and big box retail customers.
