Louise Freer Awarded Professional Retail Facility Management Profession's Top Certification

Dallas, TX, April 25, 2011– The Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association (PRSM) today announced that Louise C. Freer, a business development executive with USM, the facilities management arm of Transfield Services, has attained the Retail Facility Maintenance Professional (RFMP) certification, a mark of excellence achieved by less than one percent of all facility management industry professionals.

To earn the RFMP credential, candidates must pass a challenging examination on all aspects of facility maintenance. Candidates undertake significant lengths of study in preparation for the exam and only those who are able to achieve the designated examination score earn the RFMP credential. Once earned, the certification must be renewed every three years through additional studies and leadership activities. Thus, it is an honor neither easily earned nor maintained.
